Never lose hope!

Do you try your best to be righteous before God? Follow His commandments and yet are struggling with one particular area of your life? Do people still mock you for serving God after the unanswered prayer? As I was meditating on Luke Ch.1 beautiful things the Lord started showing me.

Zachariah was from priestly family and Elizabeth was descendant of Aaron. Righteous and followed the commandments of the Lord; but yet childless. Here, childlessness was something that brought in lot of shame, but they never loosed hope. If you compare even Abraham and Sarah were childless. But God intervened! 

The society in such situation makes it a hell on Earth for such people. Just imagine if you were in Heaven, people would have prayed for you and not disgraced you. The sole reason being, they know that God uses such things as instruments to draw the attention of the individual towards Him.

The analogy to understand Jesus will be like a new born baby, it cannot speak to you, but it knows that the moment I cry someone will come to my aid. So like this baby, Jesus wants to draw our attention towards Him. Rest all things will take care of it's own. Remember! If something bad happens to you, it's a clear indication and an opportunity for God to intervene in you and show you how much He loves you!❤️

Mother Mary plays very crucial role in our lives too. As Angel Gabriel spoke to Zachariah, he questioned him and he became mute. But when the same Angel Gabriel spoke to Mary, and Mary questioned him, nothing happened to her. Why was this? Because, Mary is the Mother of God, and that's the reason why Angel greeted her saying, "greetings, favored one!" Or in other words, "Hail, gracious one!" She is one person that the devil hates the most. If a person is diverted from her to join another sect, it's not a hand of God. Because, Lucifer was the angel of light and was also with God, but when he realized that God would use a human (Mary) to be the Mother of the Prince, which in turn makes Her the Queen. Lucifer found it difficult to bow to a mere human and therefore left God with many legions of angels with him.

Angel Gabriel told Zachariah that he's son will be filled with the Holy Spirit before he would be born; the moment Elizabeth hears the greetings from Mary, the child is the womb leaps and gets filled with the Holy Spirit. So if we ask Mary to fill us with the Holy Spirit, she will never back down. What better tool to use then the Holy Rosary! 

If we modify the prayer "Holy Mary" to "Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for me ________ (place before God your weak areas) now, and forever, Amen. I have tried it out myself and I tell you, that thing has to be granted within a span of couple of days. Try to meditate and visualize each and every mystery. For eg. "Agony in the garden", I visualize and tell Jesus that in the garden of Gethsemane, You witnessed Your own horrific death, but you gladly accepted it just because You wanted to do the will of the Father. Help me in this mystery to do the will of the Father, Amen.

Do not worry, just surrender yourself totally to do God's will no matter how bad the world pushes you. Take time to talk to God and not just complain. Invoke the presence of God in everything that you do. Tougher the thing, more amount of prayer. Family and your spouse are the best mirrors to check out the areas that you go wrong. Correct them and confess them to the priest. Eucharistic celebration is the best place to be in.

On this last day of the year, I would like to thank each and everyone for taking the time to read my blog and also impacting my life in whichever way possible. 2019 was truly a blessing and a miraculous one for me. May God bless us with a grace-filled 2020.
